Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition and with original tags and packaging. Items damaged by purchaser misuse will not be refunded. You have 14 days after the date of purchase to contact customer service for a return or exchange. After these 14 days, we can not accept either return or exchange of any product.

Damaged Merchandise
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 48 hours of delivery date. Please email
info@wiapparel.com and a customer service representative will help you in having the item replaced.

Exchanges
For an exchange, please contact customer service within 14 days of purchase date at
info@wiapparel.com for an exchange form and the procedure for exchanging a product. Any additional charges incurred due to exchange for more expensive product will be charged to the original card used. If there is a credit, it will be processed at the time of exchange product being received. All exchanges will incur the charges of the additional shipping back to the customer. Customers are responsible for the cost of securely shipping and insuring products returned for an exchange due to size or color changes.

Your purchase price will be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account used for your purchase.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but the original shipping charges will be refunded to your original payment method.  Customers are responsible for the cost of securely shipping and insuring products returned.

Credit refunds are made after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 days after we receive the returned merchandise.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and credit your account once they have received the information from us. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
